EasyChurch ("we", "our", "us") provides church management software to pastors and church administrators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you register your church, we collect your name, church name, email address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely by Flutterwave — we never store your card details).
When you use EasyChurch to manage your congregation, you may enter member data such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, attendance records, and giving records. This data belongs to your church; we store it on your behalf so the app can function.
Your church's data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are encrypted (hashed) and never stored in plain text. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your data or your members' data to third parties. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate EasyChurch — for example, Flutterwave for payment processing and BulkSMS Nigeria for message delivery, when you choose to send SMS through the app.
As a church administrator, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for obtaining any consent required from your members before storing their information or sending them SMS messages through EasyChurch.
You may request a copy of your church's data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of EasyChurch after changes means you accept the updated policy.
