These terms govern your use of EasyChurch. By registering your church or using the app, you agree to these terms.
EasyChurch is a church management platform offering member management, attendance tracking, giving records, SMS messaging, and related tools, made available for a registration fee and a recurring subscription.
Registration is a one-time fee that includes your first month. After that, you pay for each month or year of use. Prices depend on where your church is:
Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. SMS is not included: your church pays its own SMS provider for the messages it sends.
Your subscription does not renew automatically, and we never charge you without your action. Before your paid period ends, you renew it yourself in the app; renewing early adds the new period to the days you have left. If you do not renew, your church can still sign in and see its data, but cannot save changes or send messages until it pays again. There is nothing to cancel: simply stop renewing. Payments are not refunded for unused time, but if you were charged by mistake or charged twice, contact us and we will put it right.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter, including member records. Each church account can be signed in on up to two devices at a time; team members you add get their own sign-ins. You retain ownership of your church's data at all times. Our Privacy Policy explains how we look after it.
You agree not to use EasyChurch to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages, to store data you do not have the right to store, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. You also agree not to share one church's account with another church: each church registers and pays for its own account.
SMS messages sent through EasyChurch are delivered by the SMS provider your church chooses in Settings (for example KudiSMS), using your church's own account and key with that provider. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your members before messaging them, and for the cost of the messages you send, which your provider charges you directly.
A church earns ₦5,000 (about $3.76) for each new church that registers and pays using its referral link or code. The referrer is fixed when the new church signs up, a church cannot refer itself, and each new church earns its referrer the reward once. You can ask to withdraw once your balance reaches ₦25,000 (about $19) and you have at least 5 successful referrals; withdrawal requests are made on Fridays. We may decline or reverse a reward that was obtained by fraud or by breaking these terms.
We aim to keep EasyChurch available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
EasyChurch is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
EasyChurch, including its software, design, features, text, logos and the name "EasyChurch", belongs to Sam Idengeli and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription gives your church permission to use EasyChurch for its own ministry while the subscription is active; it does not give you ownership of any part of it.
You may not copy, resell, rent or sublicense EasyChurch, share access to it with another church, or build a copy or a competing version of EasyChurch or any part of it. You also may not take apart, decode or try to get around how it works, including its payment, sign-in and device checks. Your church's data stays yours, as section 4 says. If these rules are broken, we may suspend or close the account and take legal action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a disagreement arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EasyChurch after changes means you accept the updated terms.
