These terms govern your use of EasyChurch. By registering your church or using the app, you agree to these terms.
EasyChurch is a church management platform offering member management, attendance tracking, giving records, SMS messaging, and related tools, made available for a registration fee and a recurring subscription.
Registration is a one-time fee of ₦15,000, which includes your first month free. After that, the subscription is ₦5,000/month, or ₦54,000/year if you choose annual billing (a 10% discount). Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your current paid period. We do not automatically issue refunds for partial periods — see our Refund Policy for details, or contact us directly.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter, including member records. You retain ownership of your church's data at all times.
You agree not to use EasyChurch to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages, to store data you do not have the right to store, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
SMS messages sent through EasyChurch are delivered via BulkSMS Nigeria using the credentials you provide. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your members before messaging them, and for any costs associated with sending messages.
Churches that refer other churches using their referral code earn a commission (10% of the registration fee) once the referred church completes registration. Withdrawal is available once your balance reaches the published minimum threshold.
We aim to keep EasyChurch available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
EasyChurch is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EasyChurch after changes means you accept the updated terms.
