They enter a structured follow-up journey — Day 1, a warm welcome SMS; Day 3, a personal check-in; Day 7, an invitation to come back; and Day 30, an invitation to join your Foundation Class, sent by SMS and email, so new believers are gently guided toward actually growing in the church, not just visiting once.
Thirty days after someone's first visit, EasyChurch automatically reaches out encouraging them to join your church's Foundation Class — the natural next step for a new convert. It's sent by both SMS and email, so it reaches them however they're easiest to reach.
Yes. On the day itself, EasyChurch automatically sends a birthday or anniversary message by SMS and email — no one has to remember to check a calendar.
EasyChurch tracks attendance automatically and sends a caring \"we miss you\" message by SMS and email when someone's been absent — including a link to your most recent sermon, so they stay connected even while away.
When a member is marked as bereaved, EasyChurch sends a compassionate, scripture-grounded message by SMS and email — and keeps them flagged under \"Needs your attention\" for three weeks, so your pastoral team doesn't lose track during a difficult season.
No. Every automatic message comes in several versions (three to start, and you can add your own) that take turns, so people do not get the same words every time, and it reads like a real person reaching out.
Yes — the moment you log a new outreach contact, EasyChurch sends them a warm follow-up SMS automatically, so no contact from an outreach event gets forgotten.
A weekly, AI-generated summary of exactly what needs your attention — birthdays, absentees, follow-ups needed, and upcoming events — so you spend less time digging through records and more time acting on what matters.
Yes. Enter a topic or scripture and get instant sermon outlines with key points and supporting verses — useful when you're stuck for a starting point.
A single number that summarizes your church's overall vitality — combining activity, growth, giving, follow-up, and prayer life — so you can see at a glance where your church is strong and where it needs attention.
Import directly from a CSV or Excel file, with automatic duplicate detection and flagging for missing information, so your member data stays clean from day one.
Yes — manage cell groups, departments, and follow-up assignments all from the same member record.
Yes — the Growth Pipeline lets you move people visually from first-timer through Foundation Class and Discipleship enrollment, so you can see exactly where each member is in their journey.
You enrol members in five classes, in order: Foundation Class, Discipleship Class, Leadership Class, School of Ministry and Bible School. Each class has its own lessons, which you can read and share from the app. The Foundation Class comes ready with 8 weeks of lessons and a final exam; for every class you can change the lessons, add weeks and write your own exam questions. For each student you tick the weeks they attended and the friends they invited, and record the exam. In the Foundation Class a student graduates after attending at least 6 of the 8 weeks, inviting 2 friends and passing the exam. The Discipleship screen shows how many people are in progress and how many have finished each class.
Not for the Foundation Class: it comes with 8 weeks of lessons (each with a title, scripture, teaching and a discussion question) and an exam. You can use them as they are or change any of them. For the other classes you add your church's own lessons and exam questions, so they teach exactly what your church believes.
Yes. Sunday School gives you age classes, safe check-in with a pick-up number and printed tags, 52 weekly Bible lessons with memory verses you can text to parents, and class attendance. Records of newborns and dedications are kept too, and can be seen by the pastor alone. How Sunday School works.
Record tithes and offerings as they come in, generate PDF receipts, see your top givers, track trends over time, and compare giving year-on-year — all without spreadsheets.
Yes — Expenses & Budget tracking is built in alongside giving, so you can see the full financial picture in one place.
Yes. EasyChurch lets you connect your preferred SMS provider, so you control your own messaging costs instead of being locked into one vendor's pricing.
Yes — the same experience works on web, Android, and iOS, fully synced, so you can manage your church from wherever you are.
Yes. EasyChurch uses encrypted connections and automatic daily backups, so your church's records are protected.
No. Most churches are fully set up in under a minute, right from a phone, with no training required.
Yes. Every event gets its own link to share on WhatsApp or social media. People register themselves, receive an instant email with their registration code and the event details, and you watch the list of registrants grow in the app.
Yes. An SMS reminder goes out automatically the day before the event, from your church's own SMS account, so you never have to remember to send it.
When you switch it on for an event, everyone who registered and agreed to be contacted is added to your First Timers the morning after, and enters your follow-up automatically. Anyone already in your records is recognised by phone number or email, so nobody is added or contacted twice.
Yes. Your church portal shows your service details, sermons with links to watch or listen, announcements and upcoming events. Visitors can also send prayer requests, which appear on your prayer wall only after you approve them.
Yes. Each team member signs in with their own email and password. Admins see what you allow, View Only members can look but not change anything, and a Cell Leader sees and manages only the people in their own cell.
An announcement for everyone appears on your church portal as soon as you save it. From the same screen you can send it by SMS to everyone, to your leaders or to one cell, or share it straight into a WhatsApp group.
Tap the green WhatsApp button on this page or on the payment screen to chat with us directly, or email support@easychurch.site. A real person answers.
Yes. Set up age classes (Nursery to Teens) and register each child; if a parent is a member, find them and their name and phone are filled in. On Sunday, tap Check in: the child gets a 4-digit pick-up number, and you can print one tag for the child and one for the parent. A child is released only when the number matches, or with a recorded reason. Parents can get the number, and later who collected their child, by SMS. There are 52 weeks of King James Bible lessons from Genesis to Acts, with a memory verse you can text to parents, and attendance shows which children have missed the last 3 Sundays.
Yes. Print member ID cards, ten to an A4 page, with your logo, their photo, an ID number, the Founder's signature and a QR code. When a member can't come to church, they scan the code (or type the short link on the card) and tap Mark me absent this week. They can do it once a week. They get your absentee text and the “We miss you” email straight away, with your latest sermon link and a button to your church page. You see who on your Home screen and in Mark Attendance; the list starts again every Monday.
Yes. In Church Branding, add your logo, motto, address, CAC number, your seal, and the Founder's and Instructor's signatures (upload a photo or sign on the screen). Then write letters on your own letterhead, or print blank headed paper. When a student completes a class, their certificate is made and emailed to them as a PDF automatically. Baptism, confirmation, child dedication and marriage certificates each have their own design, and the marriage certificate lists both sets of parents as witnesses.
Yes. Start a project with a goal, record each member's pledge and every payment, and see paid, pledged and the goal on one bar. Payments can go into Giving at the same time. One tap sends each person with a balance a reminder showing their own figures.
Yes. Add up to 3 classes of your own, such as Prayer & Fasting, as weeks 9 to 11. They count towards graduation, which needs 75% attendance. Each class can have its own instructor and signature for its certificates.
