When someone is absent
Mark a member absent and EasyChurch sends them a caring "we missed you" text, plus an email with a link to your most recent sermon so they stay connected while they are away. The messages come in several versions that take turns, and you can edit them.
Members who have been absent longest appear under "Needs your attention" on the dashboard, and at-risk alerts point out people whose attendance is falling before they are gone for good.
See the trend, not just the number
The Statistics area shows attendance and growth over time, a Church Health score that combines activity, growth, giving and follow-up into one number, and a monthly report. Each week the Pastor's Briefing summarises who was absent, whose birthday is coming and who needs a call.
What it costs
One price for the whole platform, charged in Naira, with the US dollar equivalent shown for churches outside Nigeria. No limit on members, and every feature is included.
Text messages are paid to your own SMS provider, so you pay only for what you send. 1,000 emails a month are included free.
Questions
Do ushers need their own accounts?
They can have them. Each worker signs in with their own email and password, and you choose what they can see. A View Only worker can look but not change anything.
What happens if two people mark the same service?
Their lists are joined. A member ticked present on either phone counts as present.
Is the absentee message automatic?
Yes. Once someone is marked absent the message goes out by SMS, and by email if you have their address, with a link to your latest sermon.
