One link for each event
- A clear link with the event's name in it, ready to share on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, plus a QR code for flyers and screens.
- A colourful registration page with your flyer, your welcome message and the event description.
- Your settings: open or close registration, set a maximum number of places, and choose a closing date.
- A link after registering, such as your WhatsApp group, that people are taken to the moment they sign up.
What happens after someone registers
- Instantly: an email with their registration number, matched to the event's name (for example FC2026-001 for Faith Conference 2026), and the event details.
- The day before: an automatic SMS reminder with the meeting, venue, date and time, sent from your church's SMS account.
- The morning after: if you switch it on, registrants are added to your First Timers and enter your follow-up. People already in your records are recognised by phone number or email, so nobody is contacted twice.
For the pastor and the organising team
Each event shows the number of registrations and the full list of names, phone numbers, emails and times, which you can export. Registration emails are not counted against your monthly email allowance, so a large conference does not use up your church's emails.
What it costs
One price for the whole platform, charged in Naira, with the US dollar equivalent shown for churches outside Nigeria. No limit on members, and every feature is included.
Text messages are paid to your own SMS provider, so you pay only for what you send. 1,000 emails a month are included free.
Questions
Do people need an account to register?
No. They open the link, fill in their name, phone number and email, and receive their registration number by email.
Can I limit the number of places?
Yes. Set a maximum and registration closes when it is reached. You can also set a closing date or close it by hand.
Are reminders sent automatically?
Yes, when the reminder is switched on for the event: an SMS goes out the day before, from your church's own SMS account.
