Your own SMS account, your own rates
EasyChurch does not resell SMS. You connect your church's account with BulkSMS Nigeria, KudiSMS, Termii, Sendchamp, Arkesel or another provider, enter its key once in Settings, and every text goes out under your church's approved sender name. You pay your provider directly, at their price.
- Accurate page count. The composer shows how many SMS pages a message will use before you send it.
- No surprise charges. Emojis and special characters that would triple the cost are removed from text messages automatically.
- Delivery reports. With KudiSMS, SMS History shows whether each text was actually delivered, not only accepted.
- Check your balance from inside the app.
Send to exactly the right people
Choose who receives a message: all members, one person, absentees, today's birthdays, bereaved families, evangelism contacts, your leaders or a single cell. Announcements can also be shared straight into a WhatsApp group, and an announcement for everyone appears on your church's public page as soon as you save it.
Messages that send themselves
Every morning at 9am EasyChurch sends the messages that are due: first timer follow-up on Days 1, 3, 7 and 30, birthday and anniversary greetings, absentee care, comfort for the bereaved, a warm text to every new evangelism contact and a reminder the day before each event. 1,000 free emails every month
Every church gets 1,000 emails a month at no extra cost, sent from EasyChurch with your church's name and greeting each person by their own name. Event registration emails are not counted. If a church needs more, extra emails can be added.
What it costs
One price for the whole platform, charged in Naira, with the US dollar equivalent shown for churches outside Nigeria. No limit on members, and every feature is included.
Text messages are paid to your own SMS provider, so you pay only for what you send. 1,000 emails a month are included free.
Questions
Do I need to buy SMS from EasyChurch?
No. You open an account with an SMS provider and pay them directly. EasyChurch sends your messages through that account.
Can I use my church's name as the sender?
Yes. Use the sender ID approved on your SMS provider account, such as your church's short name.
Can I see if a message was delivered?
With KudiSMS, yes: each text in SMS History shows delivered, not delivered with the reason, or waiting for the report. Other providers show whether they accepted the message.
